 2008 monthly Association fees are $169 for interior units, $179 for end units and $184 for detached units plus an initiation fee of $750.  Monthly fees include:

    -Casualty and hazard insurance for the residences (excluding personal property)
    -Common area property taxes
    -Replacement reserves for common elements and building exteriors
    -Trash collection
    -Snow removal
    -Lawn mowing and landscape maintenance
    -Property management
    -Street and landscape lighting
    -Sign upkeep
