The Association:
2010 monthly Association fees are $174 for end units and $164 for interior units plus an initiation fee of $500.  Monthly fees include:

- Casualty and hazard insurance for the residences   (excluding personal property)
- Common area property taxes
- Replacement reserves for common elements including drives, walks and building exteriors
- Trash collection
- Snow removal
- Lawn mowing and landscape maintenance
- Property management
- Street and landscape lighting
- Sign upkeep
