THE SITE:

Brighton was the first Traditional Neighborhood Development (TND) to be created in Lancaster County. The neighborhood boasts various sizes and styles of homes to suit virtually every homeowner. Brighton is conveniently located in Manheim Township just a couple of miles north of Lancaster on Fruitville Pike across from Bent Creek Country Club.

• - The Brighton Village Shoppes when completed will include over 20,000 square feet of retail space for lease.
• - Reidenbaugh Elementary School, with its abundance of open, recreation fields, is located a short distance from Brighton.

Brighton was envisioned as a neighborhood where homeowners could express their individuality through carefully conceived and planned residences.

• - Brighton’s portfolio plans include over a dozen different designs with interiors and exteriors that can be altered to enhance a homebuyer’s lifestyle and embrace their individual taste.
• - Homes in the final phase range from 2,010 to 4,000 sq. ft.
• - Purchasers may select from ranchers, 1½ stories or 2 stories. Many designs incorporate 1st floor Master Suites, vaulted ceilings and sweeping front porches.
• - Millfield will selectively allow purchasers to submit outside house designs for approval provided that they meet  the Brighton’s Standards for Architecture and Construction.

2008 Parade of Homes Winner

Since the inception of Brighton in 1997, Millfield Construction has won numerous awards from the Lancaster Building and Industry Association for its participation in the annual Parade of Homes. In 2008, Millfield was fortunate to take best of show in several categories for its 636 Dorset Street entry.
